- Comments are not saved in the audit record
- Error appears in message center: "Oracle Error ORA- 12899: value too large for column "x" (actual: 332 maximum: 250)"
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
The comment entered contains more than the maximum allowable number of characters (250).
FIX or WORKAROUND
Reprocess the data and do not exceed 250 characters when typing comments.
