Cloned projects include the methods, preferences, view filters, custom fields, audit trail settings, and access settings that exist in the base project, but not the project's raw data or results. So, because it does not bring any raw data or results, then it does not bring over any Audit Records associated with the Raw Data or Results.

Original Project - 15,000 Audit Records
Cloned Project without Perform Shallow Copy of Methods selected - 12,000 Audit Records
Cloned Project with Perform Shallow Copy of Methods selected - 900 Audit Records
