Manually find all peaks and save the results.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

PROCEDURE

1. Review the data you want to analyze.
2. Open the processing method.
3. Click Integration > Quantification (or create calibration curve).
4. Manually draw the baseline and detect peaks.
5. Click Quantitation without clicking Integration (or Create Standard Curve).
   *If you click on integration at this time, manual analysis will be cancelled.
6. Save the results by selecting File > Save.
