Empower 3 FR5 - You must install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 manually on Windows 10. .NET Framework 4.0 is installed and enabled by default. .NET Framework 4.6 is preinstalled and is backward-compatible with all versions back to 4.0.

Empower 3.6.0 and above - You must install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 manually on Windows 10. .NET Framework 4.0 is installed and enabled by default. .NET Framework 4.8 is preinstalled and tis backward-compatible with all versions back to 4.0.
