- Three systems online
- Unable to bring a fourth system online
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower Workstation
CAUSE
Corrupt INSTSRV.DAT file
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Delete all systems, instruments, and DHCP entries.
- Delete INSTSRV.DAT (C:\Empower\instrumentServer\instsrv.dat and delete file. ***Please note that deleting the instsrv.dat file will delete all system configurations on the node)
- Recreate the systems.
