ANSWER
This error is due to intermittent connection disconnect and connect in a couple of seconds.
This can be observed in Windows event logs, showing as GC offline and, in a couple of seconds, online.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue may occur due to a LAN adapter network drop. For further investigation, enable the Wireshark Logs and share them.
