Recover.log shows "Started Recover Log", running sample interrupted - WKB270742

SYMPTOMS

• Sample set interrupted, Injection Status shows "Data Incomplete" 
• Recover.log shows "Started Recover Logs"; no application crash in Windows event log
• No information in Empower message center
• Recover.log shows inconsistant recovery pattern.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

Root cause is yet to be identified for this behavior and same is still under investigation. A possible cause could be instrumentserver file stopped working in the middle of the sequence.

FIX or WORKAROUND

There is no viable workaround for this issue. The system will start to work as expected after restart.
