SYMPTOMS

• "View Multi Projects privilege needs to be set to view multiple projects in a single Project Window" error message appears when trying to open multiple projects in Empower Configuration Manager

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The correct privilege is not assigned.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Log in to Empower.
2. Click on "Configure the system", which brings you to the Configuration Manager.
3. Click User Type.
4. Select your User Type > [right-click] > Properties.
5. On the Management tab, select the "View Multiple Projects" privilege.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This privilege refers to viewing multiple projects in the same window, not the ability to open two separate projects for review.
