• Error while trying to retrieve test for error ORA-01804 when trying to log in to Empower

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower Enterprise

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Check if the registry key hive Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ORACLE is present.
   If not present, export it from another computer with the same Empower version, and import it on the faulty computer.
2. Reinstall Empower.
