Sample set interrupted during Windows logoff - WKB262252

SYMPTOMS

• When sample set is running and user logs off from Windows, the sample set is interrupted without any error messages
• When system is in monitoring mode and user logs off from Windows, the system goes to idle state

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower (all versions)

CAUSE

When the user logs off from Windows, Empower-related services running in the background are killed by the operating system, so the sample set is interrupted.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reload the operating system.
