Error : Data mismatch, data incomplete in Empower - WKB2609

Article number: 2609

SYMPTOMS

  • Data has collected in the Instrument server directory of the LACE but cannot see data in Empower project window.
  • Errors "Data mismatch" and  "data incomplete" seen in review window
  • Issue is with multiple Lace boxes

ENVIRONMENT

  • Empower 3 SR2
  • Client server

CAUSE

Data is buffered on Lace

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Stop Oracle services
  2. Reboot the database server, give about 20 minutes and check to see if data recovered.
  3. If data still does not appear then reboot laces as well.
