- Data has collected in the Instrument server directory of the LACE but cannot see data in Empower project window.
- Errors "Data mismatch" and "data incomplete" seen in review window
- Issue is with multiple Lace boxes
- Empower 3 SR2

Data is buffered on Lace
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Stop Oracle services
- Reboot the database server, give about 20 minutes and check to see if data recovered.
- If data still does not appear then reboot laces as well.
