SYMPTOMS
Empower Message Center displays the following errors:
- The underlying connection was closed. An unexpected error occurred during reception
- Failed to connect to the instrument
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Enterprise
- Agilent GC 7890
CAUSE
Defect in instrument main body
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Restart the LAC/E and Agilent 7890 GC.
- If the error occurs again during setup, an instrument defect is highly possible.
- Contact Agilent.
