Empty "System Location" pull-down menu in the System Properties window of Empower 3 - WKB25870

SYMPTOMS
- The "System Location" contains no information in the pull-down option menu.
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
A new default string must be added in Empower.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Add a new default string by going to the Configuration Manager window and selecting "View / Default Strings...", selecting the category "Location", and then selecting "Add String". Specify information in the "New Default String" window.
The new entry will now be available in "System Location" in the System Properties window.
