In Empower, low area and height values are reported for FLR and ELSD data when using Agilent ICF 3.0 - WKB25629

SYMPTOMS

• After upgrading to Agilent ICF 3.0, the area and height reported for acquired FLR and ELSD data in Empower are significantly lower than those reported when using Agilent ICF 2.2.

CAUSE

Incorrect scaling factor; opened as defect PCS 56310

FIX or WORKAROUND

Fix : Fixed in ICF 3.1 version. Upgrade the ICF version to ICF 3.1

ICF 2.2 Workaround: Increase the number of decimal places that are displayed, and/or create custom fields to multiply the areas and heights by the missing scaling factor.
