ANSWER
Run the command InstrumentServer.exe. Recover from a command prompt on the desktop of the LAC/E32. You can also reboot the LAC/E32 as long as no acquisition is running at the time. Consult the LAC/E32 recover.log or view the data in Empower's Review window to confirm that the data uploaded to the server. You may need to wait ten minutes after the reboot to see the data recovered and viewable.
