All non-administrator users in Empower can run samples but cannot process and create results - WKB247972

SYMPTOMS

• All users except administrators can run samples but cannot process and create results 
• Process button is dimmed (unavailable)

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3.7.0

CAUSE

Users do not have the following privileges:

• Save Results
• Save Results and Calibrations in review

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. From the main Empower window, go to Configure the System.
2. Highlight "user type" on the left-hand side of the window.
3. Highlight the user's user type on the right-hand side of the window.
4. Right-click on the user's user type and choose "properties".
5. Click the "Methods" tab.
6. Scroll down and find the privilege Save Results and "Save results and calibrations in review". Select these privileges as shown in screenshot below.
