OBJECTIVE or GOAL

• Display a table with m/z, Intensity, and % Base Peak data in an Empower report method as seen under the Spectrum Points tab in the Review window.

• Empower 3 SR2

PROCEDURE

1. Process the MS Scan channel with a method set that has a derived channel for the m/z or TIC.

2. Take the result into Preview/Publisher and select Extraction Table Group under PDA/MS Groups > Extracted Spectral Tables.

3. Select (highlight) the table, right-click, and select Extraction Table Properties.

4. Under the first tab (Table), enter the retention time of each peak (component) in the extracted chromatogram (1 RT per row).

5. Click OK. and select Preview; the table will contain m/z, Intensity, and % Base Peak for each RT entered (1 table per RT).
