• Download of Instrument Catalog does not initiate when clicking the link (see the screenshot below - when "here" is clicked, the long string of code appears)

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3.7.0
• Waters License Activation Center

CAUSE

Unknown. Computer settings may impact the ability to download the Instrument Catalog.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Download the Instrument Catalog from a different computer. If that is not successful, contact Waters Expert Center and they can send the file.
