- Unable to run samples - Instrument failure
- All readbacks in Empower QS are at set point
- Column Heater shows last set point of 35 °C in Empower QS
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower QS
- Modular LC (1525 Isocratic Pump, 7725i Manual Injector, Column Heater, 2489 UV detector)
- Empower 3
- Waters UPLC
- Waters detectors
- Waters HPLC
CAUSE
The column heater power switch was accidentally turned off.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Power-on the Column Heater module by moving the switch on the side from O to I.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If all instruments are on and you still get the error, verify the instrument method or recreate the instrument method.
