Sample set pauses when using a Thermo VEO RS CAD detector with Empower 3.6.0 and 3.6.1 with Thermo SII 1.1 and 1.2 - WKB232143

SYMPTOMS

• When performing multiple injections per line of the sample set method using a Thermo VEO RS CAD detector in Empower 3.6.0 and 3.6.1 with Thermo SII 1.1 and 1.2, the sample set often freezes 

ENVIRONMENT

• Thermo VEO RS CAD detector
• Empower 3.6.0 and 3.6.1
• Thermo SII 1.1 and 1.2

CAUSE

Thermo acknowledges this is a known issue. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

Avoid multiple injections per line; instead, use a single injection per line.
