SYMPTOMS

• One project backup in particular is always missing the EXP and INF files
• Other backups are correct and can be restored

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower

CAUSE

Disk (HDD) corruption on the raw data share. The backup process could not read some raw data files, so the backup could not complete correctly.

FIX or WORKAROUND

• Repair the disk errors.
• Locate a backup of the project prior to the disk corruption.
