Create a view filter to show system usage across multiple projects.

ENVIRONMENT

  • Empower 3

PROCEDURE

  1. Go to Configure System.
  2. Expand Projects on the left, and then highlight a parent project below.
  3. Highlight all child projects on the right-hand side of the window.
  4. Right-click on the highlighted area and choose "open".
  5. In the new window, click on the Sample Sets tab.
  6. Go to the top of the window and click on the Edit View button.
  7. The new window should have a table in its top half with System Name in it.
  8. Type "=#" in row one of the System Name column.
  9. Click File > Save As, and then give this filter a name.
  10. Close the edit view window.
  11. The filter is automatically applied. Click next to the "=" and specify the name of the system.
  12. Click OK.
  13. All sample sets from all highlighted projects that were acquired by the system are listed by acquisition date.
