SYMPTOMS

  • Instrument LAN (ILAN) configured okay
  • Can ping ILAN at 192.168.0.1
  • Windows firewall and antivirus off
  • Ipv6 is disabled
  • Reconfiguring of WDHCP does not resolve
  • Status = No in Node Properties
  • Reboot of PC and modules does not resolve
  • Switching out cables does not resolve
  • WDHCP shows blank
  • Error "request timed out" for instrument modules when pinging
  • Loader and Autoloader windows blank
  • Drivers show installed on LAC/E

  • ACQUITY UPLC H-Class
  • ACQUITY UPLC PDA Detector

CAUSE

Bad driver

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reinstall driver for ACQUITY UPLC H-Class and ACQUITY UPLC PDA Detector
