  • A new user cannot access the systems from the Run Samples window in Empower

ENVIRONMENT

  • Empower 1
  • Empower 2
  • Empower 3

CAUSE

The new user does not have access to the system.

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Change the system properties to Owner, Group, World.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Another option...

If the system is configured to allow access to Owner and Group only, rather than adding World access to that, add the user into the correct group that is already configured for access to the system.
