CAUSE
The Operating System user used to perform Empower installation does not have complete Administrative privileges on the computer.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Ensure the Operating System user used to perform Empower installation is a member of the local Administrators group on the computer. This can be verified in Computer Management > Local Users and Groups > Groups > Administrators
2. Ensure the Operation System user used to perform Empower installation is assigned the Administrator user type in Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage User Accounts. Select the user of interest and select Properties.
