When using an ACQUITY FLR 3D instrument method, the derived channel is missing from the method set - WKB219456

SYMPTOMS
- 3D data collected from an ACQUITY FLR
- In the Derived Channel window, within the Method Set, there is no option for a channel for the FLR in the drop-down menu

ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC FLR Detector
- Empower 3
CAUSE
There is no extracted channel saved in the method set.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Bring the Sample Set with the 3D FLR data into review.
- Select "View" > "3D Layout".
- Select "Process" > "Extract Chromatogram".
- Use the slide rule to select the correct Wavelength.
- Select "Window" > "Method Set...".
- The derived channel appears in the Channel Name column.
- Make any integration changes to the Processing Method.
- Select "File" > "Save" > "All".
