"Empower does not install or use a stand-alone Java installation. Some aspects of Empower, such as the Waters Database Manager do use Java, but they use the libraries that are installed along with Oracle, under the Oracle home installation directory. These should not be removed or modified as they are installed by our product and covered under the Waters Oracle License."
