Empower 2 project backup terminates when backing up projects over 1 Gb in size - WKB20441

SYMPTOMS

• The project backup ends the backup process and deletes what it had started to back up in the temp folder when backing up a project over 1 Gb in size

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 2 Enterprise

CAUSE

A domain restriction limits the file size on the temp folder that the backup process is using.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Limit the size of the project backup .exp file to less than 1 Gb by deleting unneeded data, or have the domain admin modify the file size restriction on the temp folder.
