ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The current Windows account does not have permission to create files in the location of the MAA file. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

Give the current Windows account permission to create files.

Or log in to Windows as local administrator for operation.

Instead of right-clicking the Empower launch icon and selecting Run as Administrator, launch Empower as normal.
