CAUSE
This issue is documented as CRI-922.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Manually calculate the utilization metrics.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue is corrected in Empower 3 SR3, WDM version 1.8 just prior to the release of Empower 3 FR5.
Utilization metrics from the WDM calculations and other tools like SQL Developer may differ owing to different methods of taking an aggregate of the underlying datafile values.
