Unable to restore projects into Empower 3 - WKB20001

SYMPTOMS
- Error: No restorable directories found in the root directory. Restorable directories must contain an EXP file and an INF file when trying to restore project
- Project folder has only DAT files
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 2
- Empower 3
CAUSE
Project was not backed up using the software; it was copied from the server.
FIX or WORKAROUND
