CAUSE

The injection type in the instrument method is selected as “Multiple Injections".

FIX or WORKAROUND

Change the injection type in ALS > Injector in instrument method from “Multiple Injections” to “Standard".

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When injection type is selected as “Multiple Injections in instrument method”, the instrument method overrides the injection volume mentioned in the sample set method, which means the autosampler will use the injection volume specified in the instrument method.

In cases where “Standard” injection type is selected, the sample set method overrides the injection volume specified in the instrument method and the autosampler uses the injection volume noted in the sample set method.
