Unable to put a disconnected system offline in Empower 3 - WKB19910

SYMPTOMS

• When attempting to put a disconnected system offline in Empower, a message appears: "The selected system XXXXX is no longer present on the node". The system is no longer available and cannot be connected.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

Data files are in the "instrumentserver" folder, stuck on the LAC/E.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Remove the data files associated with the system from the "instrumentserver" folder.
