Standards become disassociated from result set in Empower - WKB199046

SYMPTOMS

• When manually integrating results in a result set (per Managing manually integrated results in result sets) and reprocessing "Using Existing Integration", some standards are no longer included as part of the new result set

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

When manually integrating an existing result set In Review, for standards, clicking the Calibrate button prior to saving the new result leads to the standard result being disassociated from the new result set.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Load the original result set in Review and, again, follow Managing manually integrated results in result sets to manually integrate all of the applicable results, but do not click Calibrate prior to saving the results of the standards. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Waters is aware of an isolated report where the same symptoms were observed but the actions in the "Cause" were not performed. Waters investigated this isolated report but could not identify any other scenarios that would result in this unexpected situation.
