Empower 3 cannot restore child projects that have a period in their name - WKB19885

SYMPTOMS

• When restoring a hierarchy of projects, child projects with a period (".") in their name are not restored
• Child projects that don't have a period in their name restore successfully

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

This is a defect in the Empower software.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Restore the child projects that have a period in their name individually. (They can be restored within an existing hierarchy.)
2. Avoid the use of periods in new or restored project names.
