CAUSE
CRI-3100 documents this issue.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Do not use the Copy to Sub-Projects feature for project access.
- Set project access directly on the project or projects of interest.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue is resolved in Empower 3.6.1.
