OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Configure Waters Database Manager (WDM) in Empower to run using a domain account instead of the local user "oraclejobs".

1. In WDM, navigate to Administration > Application Configuration.

2. Change the OS JOB USER to the desired domain account.

3. Change the OS JOB PASSWORD to the password of the desired domain account.

4. In Local Users and Groups, add the domain account to each of the local groups where the user oraclejobs exists.

5. In Active Directory, set the password of the desired domain account to never expire.
