CAUSE
This warning message appears when a sample set was not completed (due to user abort, instrument failure, or other factor) and the user right-clicks and selects Alter Sample, modifies something, and saves it. This message appears for each line that was not run.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Complete the incomplete sample set by injecting the remaining lines.
