Changing owner of project does not copy to sub-projects in Empower - WKB18388

SYMPTOMS

• When changing the owner of a project and choosing "Copy to Sub-Projects", the owner does not change for sub-projects, only for the parent

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The sub-projects (child projects) were locked.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Unlock the child projects.
2. Open the project properties of the parent project.
3. On the General tab, change the owner of the project.
4. Select "Copy to Sub-Projects", and then click OK.
5. Click OK again to exit the properties window.
