No. From the Qualification Overview document (715511111), under Re-qualification Guidelines:
"...note that once an Empower-based CDS is installed and qualified, you need not re-qualify it if you enable embedded options using an options key code. Such software options are verified as part of the initial IQ. You should, however, in all cases verify suitability for your intended use."
