- 2695, 2489, and 2998 system won't continue running after first injection in Empower
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
- 2695 with IEEE
- 2489 and 2998 with Ethernet
CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Delete both systems from Empower.
- Power-cycle the instrument modules and computer in the following order:
- Alliance
- LAC/E
- Ethernet detectors
- Create new system configurations in Empower.
