- To be able to view the message center for all users.
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower
PROCEDURE
- Log in to Empower.
- Click Configure the System.
- Click User Type.
- Highlight the user type and right-click Properties.
- On the Management tab, select the box for "View message center for all users".
