ORA-27369 error: Job of type executable failed with exit code: Incorrect function - WKB16254

SYMPTOMS

• Trying to run WDM FR4 backup but unable to submit job

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 FR4 Enterprise Server

CAUSE

Empower 3 Enterprise Server cannot be installed on a Domain Controller.  

There are seven BAT files that should be copied to the C:\Empower\tmp\scripts folder.

Copying did not occur.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Install Empower 3 Enterprise Server on a non-Domain Controller.
2. Copy the seven script files from C:\Empower\Oracle\WDM_InstallSupport to C:\Empower\tmp\scripts.
3. The Empower\tmp\scripts are located on the Oracle application drive.
4. The seven script files are confrman.bat, PostBackupCmd.bat, Rundpexport.bat, Rundpimport.bat, runrman.bat, runsqlscript.bat, and show_config.bat.
