ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 personal
- Multi-detector system, so three systems are created in Empower:
- H-Class_PDA_ELSD
- H-Class_PDA
- H-Class_ELSD
CAUSE
The dual detector system was online.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Go to the configuration manager.
- Take the dual detector system offline.
- Bring the desired single detector system online.
