• Several occurrences of "Suitability Failure" reported in the Empower message center
• Sample set interrupted
• No processing method included in method set

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Workaround: Specify "Don't Process or Report" or "Ignore Faults" in the Processing column of the Sample Set method.

PCS # 53923 - Interactive System Suitability failure in the absence of a processing method
Description: Customer reports several occurrences of Suitability Failure in the Empower Message Center when there is no Processing Method in their Method Set used for the run. In the absence of a processing method, Interactive System Suitability should not be assessed.
