Screen flickers on Agilent LC control panel in Empower with Citrix application - WKB15745

SYMPTOMS

• For all users, the screen flickers when using Citrix application, but only when using Agilent LC projects

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 2 Feature Release 5
• Citrix, client/enterprise server
• Agilent LC drivers ICF 1.02.17 

CAUSE

Known defect PCS 24464. Title: Agilent LC control panel may be causing run samples to flicker uncontrollably.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Request a Windows patch from Microsoft and install it to correct the issue.
