Cannot see Agilent modules in Run Samples window of Empower 3 - WKB14382

SYMPTOMS
- From the LAC/E box, the Agilent system appears in the Instruments tab and scans as OK? - Yes
- The Preconfiguration utility was used to create the system
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Feature Release 3
- Enterprise with Citrix server
- Agilent 1260 LC
- Instrument Control Framework A.02.04
- Agilent LC driver version 2.1 HF1
- Agilent ICF LC Driver version 2.14.115
CAUSE
ICF A.02.04 is not supported with Agilent LC driver 2.1
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Upgrade to Agilent LC driver 2.2.
