OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Disable the "Service date for ACQ-BSM has reached. You will not be able to use it until it's been serviced" message that appears when accessing the ACQUITY console.

ENVIRONMENT

  • ACQUITY BSM
  • Empower

PROCEDURE

  1. Log in to Empower and go to Configuration Manager.
  2. Open Node Properties and go to the Instruments tab.
  3. Delete the date listed for the BSM under "next service due date".
  4. Click OK. (You should now be able to access the ACQUITY console with no error messages.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Note: This message appears if you placed a next service due date in the Instruments tab of Node Properties.
