CAUSE
Antivirus blocking communication
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Temporarily disable antivirus and reboot detector and computer.
- Verify that the detector is communicating properly in Run Sample window.
- Turn antivirus back on and set the antivirus exclusions per WKB16341
