SYMPTOMS
- Sample set does not start
- "Server Busy" error appears with Switch to / Retry button
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
- Agilent ICF Support Layer v3.4
- Agilent Instrument Control Framework 3.0
CAUSE
Column parameters are missing.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Specify all required column parameter information in the instrument method in Configuration / Columns.
Select the column and click on Catalog to enter all information in "Additional information (Optional)".
- Refer to the diagnostic messages in the console; if necessary, give setup instrument method twice.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue was raised as CRI-2932.
It is fixed fixed in Agilent ICF 3.0 Update 2, part of ICF Support Layer v3.5.
